Description

RealScan S60M is the FBI  Certified, Ultra Slim, and Lightweight Fingerprint live scanner. In combination with Suprema ID’s proprietary fingerprint algorithm and an advanced TFT(Thin Film Transistor)-optical technology.RealScan S60M enables capture of the highest fingerprint image quality flat and rolled fingers with little effect from various fingerprint conditions. In addition, Suprema ID’s award-winning fake fingerprint detection algorithm with deep learning technology maximizes the benefit to its customers to distinguish real and fake fingers with excellent accuracy. Its small form factor optimized not only for desktop solutions but also for easy integration into portable devices, provides a significant advantage for customers to maximize the benefit from their product and solution.

FBI IAFIS Appendix F Certification

The certification provides assurance to users that RealScan S60M meets or exceeds FBI interoperability standards and will work with the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Information System (IAFIS). It ensures that the images used are high quality and supports all phases of identification for fingerprint experts and the IAFIS. Appendix F has stringent image quality conditions, focusing on the human fingerprint comparison and facilitating large scale machine one-to-many matching operation.

RealScan S60M features Advanced Rolled Image Construction technology using Suprema ID’s unique slip detection algorithm for constructing rolled fingerprint images. With ARIC technology, RealScan S60M performs over 20
fps frame rate in roll capturing which ensures highest image quality and lower error rate in capturing sequences.
