1. The Digital COVID Certificate contains a QR code with a digital signature.
2. This QR Code will be sent to Vaccinated person smart phone. (Citizens can also request a paper version)
3. When the QR code is scanned by the QR Code Reader, the signature is checked.
4. If the visitor is vaccinated, received a negative test result, or recovered, then the door or turnstile will open, If not, the visitor will not be able to come in!
